What’s your goal?
The first thing we do is talk to you about your goals and needs, and answer any questions. Next we meet with you to determine the suitability of the property for short-term accommodation. This takes into account the location, size and amenities, whether it is furnished, if it is safe and secure. We also look at accessibility and parking.
Are we a good fit?
We will have done some due diligence on the local market, competition and pricing. We share this with you and discuss rental rates and our hosting fee. By this stage we both have an idea if we are a good fit for each other.

Setting things up
BusyBnB will create an account with you and help with rental contract and agreements. From there we sort out photography and any furnishing requirements, security and access. And then it is a matter of listing and marketing the property on Airbnb and starting your journey with us.
